Chantâge is a pop choir — festive, playful, and just a little offbeat — where kindness and self-irony harmonize with the joy of singing together.
Born in the heart of the Jardin WARNED, Chantâge brings together Goldies (65+) who share a love for music, connection, and the simple pleasure of being together.
Here, there’s no competition and no need to read sheet music — we sing to connect, to breathe more deeply, and to find our own voice.

Musical Direction
The choir is led by Maria, a passionate musician and pedagogue who nurtures collective energy and vocal authenticity.
Her credo: make singing a space for listening, trust, and shared emotion.
Under her guidance, each rehearsal becomes a joyful, caring bubble where precision matters almost as much as the joy of being together.

Rehearsals take place every Thursday afternoon at Thé au Jardin, in a large tent surrounded by nature — a lively, inspiring and welcoming setting.
Regular participation is encouraged — every voice helps build the harmony of the group.

Repertoire
At Chantâge, we don’t take ourselves too seriously — but we take music to heart.
Our repertoire mixes pop songs, reimagined French classics, and timeless hits — songs that make you smile, tap your feet, or even shed a tear (always with a wink).
We sing mostly in French, but sometimes in English, Italian, Spanish, or Dutch too.
We explore, adapt, and dare — from the yé-yé years to today, from Queen to Clara Luciani, with collective creations born in rehearsal.
Twice a year, the Goldies co-create our song list — together, we choose the tunes that make our hearts (and vocal cords) vibrate.
Meetings & Twinning
Since 2022, Chantâge has been proudly twinned with Viens Chanter Bonheur, the Parisian choir from the Rosa Bonheur guinguette in Asnières — proof that happiness sings!
Every year, Chantâge organizes friendly choir exchanges between Brussels and Paris and regularly opens its space to other vocal groups.
The goal? To let voices, practices, and audiences meet — singing life, without boundaries or labels..
