What can you expect? 

Sophrology is a gentle method that aims to achieve harmony between body and mind. It relies on conscious breathing to promote grounding and strengthen inner balance. Through dynamic and relaxation exercises, it draws upon positive sensations and personal resources. This practice helps release tension, improve self-awareness, and cultivate a sense of calm vitality. It invites you to fully experience the present moment with complete awareness.

As part of her certification program, Virginie offers a series of five personalized sophrology sessions in a calm and supportive environment, designed to provide you with a moment of complete relaxation as you tune in to your body and emotions.

Duration: 45 minutes to 1 hour.

🌿 5 sessions to restore balance, calm, and energy (sign up for the full series): Jan. 27, Feb. 10 & 24, and Mar. 10 & 24 at 11 a.m., 1 p.m., and 2 p.m.
