Chantâge
Chantâge, c’est une chorale pop, festive et un brin décalée — un espace où bienveillance et autodérision riment avec plaisir de chanter ensemble.Créée au cœur du Jardin WARNED, Chantâge réunit des Goldies (65+) venu’es partager le goût du chant, du lien et de la joie simple d’être ensemble. Ici, pas de compétition ni de solfège obligatoire : on chante pour se relier, respirer plus grand et trouver sa voix/e.
Where and when should we sing?
Rehearsals are held every Thursday afternoon at Thé au Jardin, in a large tent surrounded by nature—a lively, inspiring, and welcoming setting.
Consistency is important, because every voice counts in creating the group’s harmony.

Music Direction & Repertoire
The choir is led by Maria, a passionate musician and educator who fosters a sense of collective energy and vocal authenticity. Her philosophy is to make singing a space for listening, trust, and shared emotion. Under her guidance, every rehearsal becomes a haven of positive energy where accuracy matters (almost) as much as the joy of being together.
Chez Chantâge, on ne se prend pas au sérieux, mais on prend la musique à cœur. Notre répertoire est un cocktail de pop, de chansons françaises revisitées et de tubes intemporels. Des airs qui font sourire, taper du pied, parfois même verser une larme — mais toujours avec un clin d’œil.
We sing mainly in French and English, but we also sing in Italian, Spanish, Dutch, and more. We explore, adapt, and take risks: from the yé-yé era to today, from Queen to Clara Luciani, including collaborative pieces that take shape during rehearsals... Each song is chosen for what it awakens in us: energy, tenderness, and a fierce desire to share.
Chez Chantâge, on ne subit pas le répertoire : on le fabrique ! Deux fois par an, les Goldies mettent leurs idées sur la table (et parfois en chanson) pour décider ensemble des morceaux qui feront battre nos cœurs et nos cordes vocales.

Come Sing Happiness
Depuis 2022, Chantâge est fièrement jumelée avec “Viens Chanter Bonheur”, la chorale parisienne de la guinguette Rosa Bonheur à Asnières (Paris)— preuve que le bonheur, ça se chante ! Chantâge organise chaque année des rencontres chorales entre Bruxelles et Paris, et ouvre ponctuellement son espace à d’autres ensembles vocaux. Objectif : faire se rencontrer les voix, les pratiques et les publics, dans la même envie de chanter la vie, sans cloison ni étiquette.

Uniting Voices
In addition to our regular weekly singing program for the GOLDIES, we offer Unir les Voix, a unique multigenerational experience. Once a month, we open not only our rehearsals but also the Garden itself—a place for exchange, curiosity, and the joy of singing. The goal? To bring choirs together, mixing audiences and ages, different styles and energies. So come share a musical moment with your choir, exchange ideas, breathe together—and let our differences resonate in a single breath.

Que vous soyez célibataire, marié.e, divorcé.e, veuf/veuve, en partenariat libre, et quelles que soient vos opinions politiques, religion, genre, sexualité ou votre niveau de vie, le Jardin accueille de la même manière et avec enthousiasme les GOLDIES de tous bords…Le jeudi nous accueillons particulièrement les Goldies qui souhaitent retrouver énergie, lien et confiance à travers le chant. Avec Chantâge, notre chorale pop et festive, la voix devient un outil pour se reconnecter à soi et aux autres, pour sortir de la solitude et reprendre sa place dans la société. Chanter ensemble, c’est bien plus qu’une activité : c’est respirer, bouger, vibrer à l’unisson, redécouvrir son corps et sa présence au monde.
By participating in an event or activity organized by WARNED, you automatically become a member of our Association. As such, we ask every GOLDIE to commit to embracing our values: open-mindedness, inclusion, a desire to participate, kindness, generosity, sharing, co-creation, safety, and health. These shared values and commitments give you an idea of what we expect from one another and the standards we hold for all our staff, volunteers, and activities. We are a community.

The admission fee is flexible and voluntary: you can pay on-site, by bank transfer, in a single payment, or each time you visit—please give whatever amount you feel comfortable with, based on your means.

“There’s no such thing as bad weather, only bad clothing” …
It depends on the activity, but we recommend wearing comfortable shoes that allow you to stand for long periods of time. And above all… your best hat!

Thé au Jardin reserved for GOLDIES 65 and older. This restriction does not apply during choir rehearsals.

Children are not allowed in the Garden: it is a space designed for YOU to unwind.

During Thé au Jardin, we often take photos and videos for our archives as well as for promotional purposes.
By participating, you agree that we may use any photos or videos taken during the events for WARNED exclusive use.
